Our hot Indian meals are cooked the same morning in our food-safety-trained Business Bay kitchen using halal-certified suppliers, then hand-delivered hot within 30 minutes of being plated. Our international bowls are flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in nutrients — delivered frozen so you simply heat and eat in minutes. Either way: dietitian-built, halal, no maida, no MSG, no reheated leftovers.

Yes. You can pause any plan with 24 hours notice — for a day, a week, or a month — via a quick WhatsApp message. No cancellation fees, ever. Unused meals roll over for 30 days.

Yes. Our Diabetic-Friendly plan is designed with input from registered dietitians and aligns with standard dietary guidance for diabetes management. Every meal is low glycaemic index, free of refined sugar and maida, and macro-balanced for stable blood glucose.
