We deliver free in Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina and JLT. Outside these zones, a flat AED 15 delivery fee applies. We hand-deliver — never via third-party riders — so hot meals arrive hot and frozen bowls arrive perfectly chilled, on time.

It depends on the line. Our hot Indian meals are cooked the same morning in our food-safety-trained Business Bay kitchen using halal-certified suppliers, then hand-delivered hot within 30 minutes of being plated. Our international bowls are flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in nutrients — delivered frozen so you simply heat and eat in minutes. Either way: dietitian-built, halal, no maida, no MSG, no reheated leftovers.

Yes. You can pause any plan with 24 hours notice — for a day, a week, or a month — via a quick WhatsApp message. No cancellation fees, ever. Unused meals roll over for 30 days.

When you start any subscription plan, your first day is on us — your meals for that day are free. Pick your plan, message us on WhatsApp, and we'll confirm your first-day-free start within 2 hours. It's our way of letting you taste the difference as you begin.

Yes — 100% halal certified. All our protein is sourced from halal-certified suppliers. The certificate is displayed at our kitchen and available on request.

Yes. Our Diabetic-Friendly plan is designed with input from registered dietitians and aligns with standard dietary guidance for diabetes management. Every meal is low glycaemic index, free of refined sugar and maida, and macro-balanced for stable blood glucose. Many diabetic members tell us they feel more in control of their blood sugar after a few months, though results vary — always work with your endocrinologist alongside any diet change.

Yes — every meal card lists ingredients and allergens (dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, sesame, egg). At signup we capture your allergies and the kitchen flags them on every order. If a meal contains an allergen you flagged, we automatically swap it.

We accept bank transfer, card (link sent via WhatsApp), Apple Pay and cash on first delivery. For corporate plans we issue VAT invoices and accept 30-day payment terms.

Yes. You can swap any meal with 24 hours notice. Premium subscribers get a monthly 1-on-1 with our dietitian to rebuild the rotation around your goals.

Our menu runs on a fixed weekly rotation. A swap day lets you change a planned dish for a different one from that week's menu — at no extra cost. For example, if Tuesday's grilled fish isn't for you, swap it for the paneer bowl. Standard members get 1 free swap per week, Premium members get 2; Basic follows the set rotation. Swaps need 24 hours notice via WhatsApp. (Want to skip a day entirely — travelling, eating out? That's a free pause, not a swap, and there's no limit on those.)

Yes — minimum 10 meals per delivery, VAT-invoiced, dedicated account manager, dietitian-led menus, dietary requirements handled. We serve finance, tech and law teams in DIFC, Business Bay and Downtown.

We have a 100% first-meal guarantee. If your first meal isn't the best healthy meal you've had in Dubai, we refund it — no questions asked.
