A little clarity.
Your daily calories.
Understand your estimated energy needs, then find a routine that works for you.
A starting point.
Not a strict rule.
Every body is different. A useful estimate considers your size, age and everyday movement—not your nationality.
Fill in your details to see an estimated daily range. You can calculate without buying a meal plan.
How the estimate works
We use the Mifflin–St Jeor equation for resting energy, then a broad activity multiplier (1.4, 1.6, 1.8 or 2.0). These activity bands and the maintenance/weight-loss ranges are product estimates, not a validated individual treatment plan. Ethnicity is not used. This is not a measured metabolic test.
Our automatic-target limits of 1,500–5,000 kcal/day are conservative product safeguards, not universal safe limits. We withhold results when the screening indicates individual guidance is needed. Estimates may be less accurate for unusual body composition, hormone therapy or older adults.
