Finding genuinely halal food in Dubai is easy. Finding a halal meal plan that is also portioned by a dietitian, cooked fresh the morning it arrives and honest about what is on the plate is considerably harder. Most subscription kitchens either treat halal as a filter applied to part of the menu, or stay vague about sourcing and let you assume. We took the simpler route: the entire kitchen is halal, so every dish in the weekly rotation is halal by default and there is nothing to opt into.
All protein — chicken, lamb, beef, fish and eggs — comes from halal-certified suppliers, and the certificate is displayed at the kitchen and available on request. The kitchen itself is a Dubai Municipality–licensed food establishment in Business Bay. Those two facts are the floor, not the selling point. What we actually compete on is everything that happens after sourcing: portions measured by a dietitian rather than eyeballed, calories and macros printed on every plate, no refined sugar, no MSG, no preservatives, and 5–7 ml of oil per meal measured with a spoon instead of poured from a ladle.
Everything is cooked fresh the morning it is delivered and arrives in one drop, packed in a premium insulated thermal bag. Nothing is frozen, nothing is cooked the day before and held warm, and nothing is reheated on our side. You reheat and eat whenever suits you. Vegetables come from UAE farms four days a week, so the produce is local rather than long-haul frozen stock.
A halal kitchen, not a halal filter
Every dish on the rotating menu is halal. There is no mixed menu and no separate halal line to select — the whole kitchen runs on halal-certified sourcing.
Certificate on request
The halal certificate is displayed at our Business Bay kitchen and we will send it on WhatsApp if you ask. Check it before you subscribe, not after.
Dubai Municipality licensed
The Business Bay kitchen is a licensed food establishment, inspected as one. Halal sourcing and food-safety licensing are separate things and we hold both.
Dietitian-portioned
Menus are built with dietitian input — calorie-controlled, macro-balanced and rotated weekly, with the numbers printed on every plate.
Cooked fresh each morning
Never frozen, never cooked the day before. One morning delivery in an insulated thermal bag; reheat and eat when you are ready.
No shortcuts on the plate
No refined sugar, no MSG, no preservatives. Grilled rather than deep-fried, with 5–7 ml of oil per meal, measured.
