Welcome to MyHealthyMeals.ae. By using our website, services and subscriptions, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscriptions

All meal subscriptions are recurring on the duration you select (weekly or monthly). Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled with 24 hours notice via WhatsApp or email.

2. Delivery

Free delivery applies to Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina and JLT. Outside these zones a flat AED 15 delivery fee applies. Delivery times are best-effort; we aim for 30 minutes from kitchen to door.

3. Food safety & allergens

All meals are cooked in a Dubai Municipality–licensed kitchen. While we flag allergens on every meal card, our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, nuts and eggs. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

4. Payments & refunds

We accept bank transfer, card link, Apple Pay and cash on first delivery. Our 100% first-meal guarantee applies to your first order — if you're not satisfied, we refund it. Subsequent meal refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Medical disclaimer

Our meals are designed with input from registered dietitians but are not a substitute for personalised medical advice. Diabetic, pregnant or chronically ill members should consult their doctor before changing their diet.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL.
