On our Indian Tiffin plan you can choose a dedicated pure-veg menu line at signup, prepared on dedicated equipment. On other plans, you can swap any non-vegetarian dish for a vegetarian one from that week's menu with 24 hours notice.

Yes — many of our vegetarian dishes are built around paneer, dal, chana and quinoa specifically for protein. Paneer Bhurji + Multigrain Roti and Palak Paneer + Jeera Rice both carry the High Protein tag alongside Vegetarian.

Yes — several dishes on the menu (Asian Sesame Tofu Bowl, Mexican Mixed Bean Bowl, Harissa Cauliflower Grain Bowl, Vanilla Chia Pudding + Mango, Thai Peanut Noodle Salad) are vegan. Flag it at signup and we prioritise these in your rotation.

Yes. All our meals — vegetarian and non-vegetarian — come from our halal-certified Business Bay kitchen. For vegetarian dishes there is no meat involved at all; dairy (paneer, curd, ghee) is used in several of them.

Yes — our Family plan can be built around vegetarian dishes (rajma, dal makhani, paneer bhurji, veg pulao) in 2 or 4-portion packs. Tell us at signup and we'll weight the rotation toward the veg menu.

Yes. Every meal card lists ingredients and allergens, including dairy. If you flag a dairy allergy, the kitchen automatically swaps any vegetarian dish that contains paneer, curd or ghee for a dairy-free vegetarian or vegan option.
